Borders run.

Today was a trip down to see my parents in Melrose.  The rain had the usual  diminishing effect on range, so a 10 minute graze en  route as we had started the journey at 70%.  On the return leg in the dark, again a graze to give a bit of comfort.

Definately a wise choice,as the 32% charge we had at the time would have hit zero two miles from home.  Looking at other people’s experiences, we would still have had another 5 or 6 miles before the turtle.  However, I prefer prepared to anxious…..

I have an ambition not meet the turtle on the dashboard, signifying reduced power and speed due to a critically low battery.  This limiting is primarily to prevent battery damage.
